How to join EANA

To receive EANA-related news via e-mail, or to be able to register for an EANA conference, you need to create a new EANA-ID:

Your EANA-ID will remain valid for future EANA conferences. Your EANA-ID is independent of your e-mail address, which you can update at any time in your EANA profile.

Please note that without becoming a full EANA member (see below), you will only receive e-mails directly related to EANA (mostly information on our annual EANA conference) and you will have only a restricted access to the EANA internal page. To be able to post news/meeting advertisement etc. on our website or to receive regular updates from EANA about current Astrobiology initiatives, please consider becoming a full member of EANA.

How to become a full EANA member

To become a full member of the European Astrobiology Network Association, please download and complete our APPLICATION FORM.

You need to provide the names of two EANA members that are willing to sponsor your application. For questions, please contact the treasurer.

Please return the completed application form via email to Frédéric Foucher, EANA Treasurer.

Annual EANA membership fee

The annual EANA membership fee of 25.00 € can be paid by bank transfer. Please log in to the internal page for more details. Specifically, please always indicate your name and the year for which you want to pay the membership fee(s).

Some colleagues missed the opportunity last year(s) to pay their EANA membership fee. However, you can still pay for the last years retrospectively, which is highly appreciated by EANA.

The annual fee is not very high and helps us to organize the yearly EANA conference and to give travel grants to students and young scientists.

If it is very difficult for you to make a bank transfer you can still pay in cash during the EANA conference, however, this is not the preferred way of payment.
