We respect your privacy. We will collect and use individual user details only if we have your permission. We will inform you clearly as to what information about you we will collect and display and how we will use it. If we will use personal information than only for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Registration and member information

For access to the EANA members area and to be able to obtain the regular newsletter of EANA, you need to set a password. Additional information that are needed include your e-mail address and name. You can add additional information such as your current affiliation and institutional address. You can update your information by log-in to the EANA members area.

Conference Registration

For the annual EANA conference, each participant needs to register via the conference website. Data that are collected are only used for the purpose of the conference. The name of each participant (but not the e-mail address) and title of submitted scientific contributions may be published on the website. By registering, you agree to this specific use of your personal data.

Data Sharing

We will not share your information with any entity unless you have given us your permission. Any other organizations who access your information in the course of providing services on our behalf will be governed by strict contractual restrictions to make sure that they protect your information and keep to data-protection and privacy laws which apply.

Changes in the Privacy Policy

Should we decide to change our privacy policy we will post the changes here. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email all our registered members with the new details. Where required under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018), we will obtain your consent to make these changes.
