About EANA 2026

The EANA 2026 Conference will be organised by the Space Exploration Institute in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, from the 1st (Tuesday) to the 4th (Friday) September 2026.
The main theme will be "Astrobiology Missions" with a special focus on the “ExoMars Rosalind Franklin Mission”, but contributions on all topics within the field of Astrobiology are invited.
The EANA 2026 LOC is chaired by Jean-Luc Josset.

The meeting will consist of invited keynote as well as contributed talks, the well-known Space Factor contest, and poster sessions.

EANA 2026 will take place in person only.

May 27th 2026:Travel grant application (as part of abstract submission) closes
July 3rd 2026:Space Factor application closes (extended deadline)
July 3rd 2026:Abstract submission closes (extended deadline)
June 10th 2026: Notification about abstract and travel grant acceptance
July 8th 2026:Final program incl. information about oral or poster presentation
July 29th 2026:Late poster abstract submission closes
July 29th 2026:Deadline for presenter registration
August 12th 2026:Registration closes
August 19th 2026:Final deadline to receive payment (transfer two weeks in advance)
