About EANA 2026

The EANA 2026 Conference will be organised by the Space Exploration Institute in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, from the 1st (Tuesday) to the 4th (Friday) September 2026.
The main theme will be "Astrobiology Missions" with a special focus on the “ExoMars Rosalind Franklin Mission”, but contributions on all topics within the field of Astrobiology are invited.
The EANA 2026 LOC is chaired by Jean-Luc Josset.

The meeting will consist of invited keynote as well as contributed talks, the well-known Space Factor contest, and poster sessions.

EANA 2026 will take place in person only.

AbGradE

On August 31st, 2026, the AbGradE Workshop will take place. This one-day event will feature workshops on “Astrobiology Icy Moons Missions” and scientific writing. It will take place right before EANA 2026 at the Space Exploration Institute in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

And just after EANA, AbGradE will once again team up with EPEC for EPSC2026 (6-11 September 2026, The Hague, The Netherlands), expanding network opportunities for early career scientists and students. This year we invite you on Sunday, September 6th in The Hague for a relaxed “speed science-ing” icebreaker and a symposium comprising of contributed talks.
