Join us on the coast on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel at 18h15 for a guided tour of the Latenium, the biggest museum of archeology of Switzerland celebrating its 25th anniversary. We will then make our way to the restaurant Le Silex for an aperitif and a starter followed by our gala dinner right by the water. You have the option between three menus: meat (sliced beef tenderloin with balsamic vinegar and parmesan, served with risotto), fish (fresh fish from the lake with Neuchâtel sauce, rice, and vegetables), or vegan (pasta with tomato sauce and summer vegetables), let us know of any other dietary requirements regarding allergies. The dinner will finish with a dessert. Wine (limited to 3.5 dl per person), water, juice and one coffee or tea are included.
