Abstract submission
Submission of abstracts to be considered for talks at EANA 2026 is possible between April 15th and May 27th, 2026.There is NO TEMPLATE provided, but an online form to be filled out. Presenting authors must register to attend the conference until latest July 29th. Amendments to your abstract can be made using the online system without charge prior to the abstract submission deadline.
The submission of abstracts is only possible after log-in to the internal EANA 2026 website.
EANA-ID
To submit an abstract for EANA 2026, an EANA-ID is needed. If you have an active EANA-ID, please log-in to have access to the internal pages of the EANA 2026 website. If not, click here for setting up your EANA-ID.The internal EANA 2026 website allows to register for EANA 2026, submit abstracts, apply for early-career support, apply for the Space Factor contest, and to find up-to-date information on the programme of the EANA 2026 conference.
Early-career support
Early-career support application is possible between April 15th and May 27th, 2026.The early-career support includes free registration to EANA 2026 as well as a 1-year membership for EANA. Depending on your country of residence, some financial support can also be provided.
Early career scientists whose last degree (e.g., MSc or PhD) was obtained a maximum of 7 years ago (excluding parental leave, serious illness, and similar delays) are invited to apply for early-career support. To be eligible for that, an abstract must be submitted (and accepted). The application for early-career support has to be submitted together with the abstract submission after log-in to the internal EANA 2026 website.
